     Tack @ 5:00pm - Horse Sale @ 7:00pm

        Pleasure and performance horses

           for the working man or woman

     * negative coggins required; also out of state horses must have a health certificate

TERMS & CONDITIONS :

1.   $10:00 PO fee

2.  8% commision plus $2.50  yardage on horses

3.  20% on all tack

4.  all horses that sale must have current coggins

      within 12 months of sale date

5.  all buyers must have a # to bid

6.  all buyers must have cash, cashier check,

      pre-approved credit or a bank letter

7.  any announcement on the block on the sale  

      date take precedence over all printed material

8.  will have riders on hand; $ 8.00 riders fee

9.  if you need coggins done on a horse, must

      have horse checked in before Oct. 13,

10. all buyers & spectators attend the sale at

      their own risk.

 *   Western Sports Arena shall not be liable for accidents to persons or property

 *   Auction will be held every 2nd  Friday of the month;   next sale Nov. 11th
